Open the AI button at the top right (Ctrl+Shift+A). On this course, ask: ‘Summarise this course’s enrolled students, trials and make-up attendance. Read only; make no changes.’ Then explain that the same agent also supports content editing and data analysis, with controls for automatic actions. Events: recurring schedules, sub-events and easier RSVPs

Set up repeat events with a schedule preview, organise sub-events or paid add-ons, run events without an RSVP, and let attendees change or cancel free RSVPs online.

Use Recurring Events for a weekly French conversation group. The live preview shows a weekly 9–10am schedule and six upcoming occurrences.
