<p>
Earlier this month, Alliance Française members and other guests were treated to a wonderful five-course French dinner, prepared by celebrity
Chef Brian West (<a href="http://www.chefbrianwest.com/">www.chefbrianwest.com</a>) at the beautiful home of one of our members.
In addition to preparing the dinner, Chef West made a presentation on the history of French cuisine, based on a course he taught at the
Culinary Institute of the Americas.

<p>
The opportunity to participate in special French-themed events like this throughout the year are a great reason to be a vital part of our
Alliance. Please see our membership page to join or to renew your membership!<br />
